It’s an attempt to expand tech investment that is largely concentrated around a few U.S. cities — Austin, Texas; Boston; New York; San Francisco; and Seattle — to the rest of the country.The program, formally the Regional Technology and Innovation Hub Program, ties into the president's economic argument that people should be able to find good jobs where they live and that opportunity should be spread across the country, rather than be concentrated. 二 | 也有网民批评拍下视频的人，质问他为什么只顾著拍视频，没有采取行动呼叫医疗人员，为男子提供援助。SMRT地铁总裁蓝晓开昨天（25日）回应《8视界新闻网》的询问时表示，SMRT已注意到社交媒体上流传的一段视频，画面中显示一名男乘客在地铁上吸电子烟。SMRT已经向警方报案。
